Our Cooling Vests ensure workers stay safe in extreme working temperatures. Designed to minimise fatigue and heat stress, our Cooling Vests improve both worker comfort and productivity.

Our Cooling Vests use vortex tube technology and are adjustable by the worker via a knob. They achieve temperature differentials of plus or minus 7°C to 15.5°C (45°F to 60°F)  from the inlet compressed air temperature and come in two models of cooling capacities; 1500 BTUH and 2500 BTUH.

Our Cooling Vests use a cooling tube to generate cold air flow directed at the worker as well as a perforated cooling vest that circulates cold air flow to the worker’s torso. Our perforated air vests are available in sizes Large, X-Large and XX-Large, allowing a full range of motion, not absorbing sweat or other contaminants, and work under other protective clothing.

Please note – NIOSH approves only complete Supplied Air Respirators (SAR) systems. None of our Cooling Vests are approved for use with a respirator system. For more information, please see CFR 84.131.
