Air Guns

FLEXIBLE, PRECISE AIR COOLING SOLUTIONS
FOR A wide range of industrial USES

Cold Air Guns

Utilising innovative vortex tube technology and filtered compressed air, Cold Air Guns generate sub-zero air temperatures, reaching as low as -34°C for a wide range of industrial spot cooling purposes. With an absence of moving components to wear out, Cold Air Guns need no electricity at the point of use, just a source of compressed air.

Commonly used for cooling metal components, Cold Air Guns are perfect for machining and repairing metals, plastics, wood, ceramics, and other materials.

Cold air machining surpasses mist coolant systems and significantly enhances tool lifespan and feed rates during dry machining processes. The efficient air cooling provided by a cold air gun saves energy and prevents the development of heat-related issues while improving a part’s tolerance and surface finish quality.

Vortec air gun nozzles offer adjustable temperature and flow settings, and certain models feature a frost-free nozzle to prevent mess caused by frost and condensation.
